12 June 2014A and B have a contract or B have raised PO to A for selling certain goods to its customer directly which B wanted to give as gift to its customers. Now A raised Invoice to customers and raised debit note to B for payment. whether Service tax has any role in it or not. whether A needs to charge service tax or VAT amount in Debit note.

dear all,
plz clarify limited amt services which can be availed from unregistered labour contractor and professionals in a year.and what if the same working in next financial year
and if a labour contractor is unregister service provider then it is neccessary to deposit 75% of 12.36%
