we have done service tax payment for 2 quarters from april to sep, but dint file the returns for that.We should file with in the date, but we could not do in some reason..so can we file the returns now..pls let me know...

Yes. You can filed the ST3 return along with late fee of Rs.2000/-

we avial the service tax credit on terminal charges for export sales but excise department disallowed the credit and says for refund it iscorrect

The credit taken by you is perfectly valid. You should contest the demand of the department.

Yes you can file the return with fine.
