Please update wheather company provides the services to Non profit organizations is taxable under the Service tax rules.

Service provided to any charitable institute which as defined in the Income Tax Act is exempt from service tax under the mega notification no 25/2012-S.T dated 20-06-2012.

No service tax is to be charged on service provided to an NPO.

There is no exemption for services provided to non profit organisation by any entity.
