plz tell if cargo is been tranported via sea through ship from one place to another in India then whether the transportation of goods trough sea is liable to be tax under service tax? if yes under which head it is taxable

As on date the transportation through the sea is not liable for ST. Since it is not a taxable service there is no liability.
