An advocate is providing service to a person for registration of patent outside india.
Service tax would be levied on above condition or not?

service provided by advocate comes under Legal Consultancy Service service tax on export is service is exempt if service satisfied the export condition i.e. service should be provide out of india or part of india and remittance should be recd. In foreign convertible currency..
