Dear sirs pl. somone tell me can we make servite tax/excise duty payment by cheque or we have to pa by online transfer ?

If the Assessee has paid Service Tax / Excise Duty of more than Rs. 10 Lakhs in the preceding Financial year, then it is mandatory for the Assessee to pay the Service Tax / Excise Duty for the next Financial Year through Electronic Payment.
