Service Tax paid on insurance premum can claim deduction as 80c. Whether Insurance premium can claim as including service tax or excluding tax

Section 80C uses the expression "any sum"paid by an assessee to to effect or to keep in force an insurance on the life of persons specified in sub-section (4);
"any sum" includes service tax portion also.
