i want to know that if, we develop a website from outside India, Is Service tax applicable, and if, yes, then in which category ?

Service tax on website development from out side india

Since you receive Service from outside India,you are liable to pay Service tax as per section 66A of Finance Act.You can pay the same under Bussiness Support Service or under Information Technology Service.
