if transport chg. paid by supplier & he is charge from us with material bill. how can we pay service tax becouse he was paid the transport charge to transporter. pls find the attach file for refrence.
NO need to deduct Service tax on it.....
its the liability of the person paying freight charges to GTA....and in this case its your supplier and not you.
