Service tax on transportation charges limit

Please clear following lines written in Service Tax Act new amendments:- GOODS WHERE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR THE THE TRASNPOTATION OF GOODS ON A CONSIGNMENT TRANSPORTED IN A SINGLE CARRIAGE DOES NOT EXCEED RS ONE THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED? GOODS WHERE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR THE THE TRASNPOTATION OF all such goods for a single consignee does not exceed rs seven hundred and fifty only / i want to clarify theses two limits i am working in a manufacturing unit and taking services from Transporters Thanks and Regards
