Rate is 12% + 2% EC + 1% SHEC
75% abetment available subject to certain conditions

Dear Satish
You have to bifurcate inward & outward Trasnport, then abetment & Service Tax. As you must be aware, outward trasport from the place of removal is not elegible for CENVAT credit
