In terms of Notification No, 45/2012 - ST, even the services provided by director of a company would attract service tax.
Can some one elaborate on what kind of directors services would be covered by this notification and further whether this notification can be extended to services provide by all types of directors (e.g. executive, non-executive)?

The services provided by the director are not taxable in the hands of the director but it is taxable in the hands of the service recepient

I understand that services of director are covered under reverse charge mechanism, but my question is whether payments such as salary, commission, incentives, sitting fees etc. all would fall under the gambit of the notification?
