Hii friends
Please suggest me wether service tax will be applicable on service rendered by a doctor under RETAINERSHIP MODE OF EMPLOYMENT. i.e. the said doctor is not employee of hospital but will raise monthly bills to the hospital.
So wether he should charge service tax on his bills or not?
Pl suggest and if possible provide the notification number in both the case of yes or no.
