A company is providing residential accomodation to it's managers. It has hired Security personnel for watch keeping and is paying service tax. Can Cenvat credit be availed on that?

Firstly see whether u ve hired an agency which is sending u the personnel

*the co. Has hired an agency or directly some guards.. Service tax will be payable only if agency is providing the co with sevirity

And cenvat will be available but only to the proportionate amount. Coz it is covered under partial charge.
