Service tax on Rent on Lockers

After recent amendment in Finance Bill 2010 clarifying that rent will also come under the ambit of service tax, will banks have to pay Service Tax on Rent on Safe Deposit Lockers.provided to its customers. If applicable, will it have to be paid from June 2007.
