The stay still exists we believe.
ACTUALLY WE HAVE RENTED OUR PROPERTY BUT THE TENENT TOLD US HE WILL NOT PAY TAX DUE TO THE CASE IS STAUED BY BOMBAY HIGH COURT. MY QUESTION IS WHAT DOCUMENTS WE HAVE TO COLLECT FROM TENENT IF HE IS NOT PAYBING SERVICE TAX ON RENT, THANKS WITH REGARD

Get an undertaking from him that he will pay interest if the case is decided in favour of the department.
