we are paying shed rent rs. 1.15 lakh every month to 2 persons for the same shed.
now under gst is it our duty to pay service tax on rent under reverse charge or shed owners will be liable for this?

If recepient is registered then he will collect GST and pay it to deptt. and if he is not regd and you are registered then you have to pay under RCM.
if owner is under duty to charge GST then he will charge, otherwise i have to pay under RCM
