Thanks for your instant reply sir. I also want to know that willbe also charge service tax while making claims for reimbursemnt to the company . Should we also liable to deduct of tds on that reimburesment while making payment to other. at present company is not deducting our tds while making payment to us .

Dear Mr. Dev,
Service tax is always leviable on the gross amount charged for the service rendered.
Since reimbursement never form the charge for the service rendered, so service tax is not leviable on the reimbursement of expenses.
