Kindly confirm what is the rate of Service tax to be charged by a Railway travel agent, engaged in booking of railway tickets.
Kindly also confirm relevant rule/section of service tax.

Trains continue to be the most economical and reliable mode of transport, Government had waived service tax on tickets booked through IRCTC to encourage cashless transactions. To learn how to book tatkal ticket click here.
