Dear Shweta,
If the aggregate value of the taxable services does not exceed Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year, you do not have to pay the service tax.

what if there are recepits that depends on the number of persons joining a class daily?? service tax is not charged from the memebers on theses amounts but these receipts will be included in the total income so will the gym have to pay for the service tax from its own resources??
