If are u billing seperately u have not to charge service tax on re-imbursable expenses. If are u billing including all the services u have to charge on all.

Dear All ,
In case of divisible contract there is no question of application of service tax on the supply contract. Further in case of erection & commissioning if you able to prove the consumables then the same is also excluded.
Good luck.

You can take shelter under Daliem case where it was decided that an indivisible contract cannot be vivisected and service portion cannot be subjected to service tax. But the same company is dilemma for EPC Contract project where the decision is otherwise.
