Service tax on parking fee while purchasing flat

I have purchased flat in 2014 and I have paid Service Tax on Praking charges. But as per recent notification by Delhi High Court, i understand that service tax is not applicable on parking charges paid.

Please confirm my understanding or guide in this matter.

As per Delhi High Court Judgement, Service tax on underconstruction property with composite contract comes under dispute, but not the sevice taxes levied over preferential allotment and extra amenities.
