My Client(Co.) has given property on lease and also charging Rs.3000/month as Parking charges. Now my question is whether Srvice Tax should on parking charges should also be charged or not...???

Yes land given for parking arrangement attracts service tax. Further parking charges collected from vehicle owners will also attract service tax
Yes, Packing charges are taxable except for those given to general public.
