Service tax on online advertisement

Since serice tax on online advertisement is proposed and date will be notified after the assent from president.

Know I want to know what will be my liability, since I have reaised the invoice for the year 2014-15 in advance in the month of April 14 without including service tax.

Please guide me.

In my opinion,As the bill has already been raised, you need not charge service tax on the bill. This change will apply from a future date, only then you can charge.
