Service tax on my house rent if it is registered office addr

Hi,

I want to change my registered company address to my rented residential address,  since changing offices always forces me to change the registered comapny address.

The agreement is in my personal name and I pay the rent with my personal cheque, but I will have an NOC from the owner saying that he has no objections to my doing so.

Will service tax be applicable in this case ?

could you also elabrote on the clauses of Rent agreement between you and the company.

There is no agreement between me and the company. There is only a NOC from me stating that this address can be used as company's registered office. No other commerical activity happens at the premises. We have separate offices. This is just to ensure we dont need to keep chanigng the address all the time.
