In view of the changes proposed to be made in the finance bill / budget 2010

what is the position of service tax on

buyer / developer / contractor of individual houses?

Construction of individual houses are outside the scope of complex and therefore no liability for construction services. The amandments is for arpartments where also several issues unlclear.
