I am working in diagnostic center. WEF 01.07.2010 Service tax implemented on healthcare services . So we will charhe service tax on our corporate bills. Kindly suggest me can we take cenvat credit of telephone bills & amc contract.

Yes you can ake the input vredit on telephone bills and AMC charges as there are the services held to be in connection of providing the out put services.
