Dear Prateek,

You are registered with Central Excise as a manufacturer :-

Yes, You can take the CENVAT CREDIT of SERVICE TAX paid by you in CASH in GTA (Transport Inwards)  while discharging your EXCISE DUTY liability.

Reply to point c) in case of  e-payment  last date for depositing the service tax is 6th of the succeeding month.

 Cenvat credit can be availed even after 1 year  also.

The value of a single consignment should not exceed Rs 750 and the agrregate value of all the consignment note  in a carriage addressed to the same consignee should not exceed Rs. 1500

Ofcourse , you are eligible to claim the cenvat credit and the Excise duty payable by you shall get reduced by the amount of Service Rax paid by you for your inward Carriage.
