Service tax on gta

HI EXPERTS... We registered company we have received invoice from GTA with service tax, now we have to pay service tax to vendor(GTA) or it is falling under RCM( we have to pay Directly GOVT). I am in confusion please help me to understand the machanism. GTA has service tax registration number.
