In case of GTA Whether notification No 26 (75% abatement) will be applicable after Notification No 30 (Reverse Charge).
So will i have to pay 100% service tax as per reverse charge or we have to pay 25% ??????????????????

the rate of abatement is still same,the only change after reverse charge mechanism is the liability to pay Service Tax is on recepient of Service.
Yes it is 12.36% on 25% of the freight value which exceeds rs.750/=
