Service tax on general taxi from taxi stand
Plz tell me taxability of taxi hired by individual from a general taxi stand which does not have a meter. Eg : taxi for going to manali or within delhi for whole day!!!

In such a case, his turnover would be less than threshold limit of 10 lakh, there would be no service tax. If he crossed the limit, can charge service tax
