One of my clients is providing food catering service to colleges, he has claimed exemption till 31st march as education ancillary service whereas w.e.f 1st April 2017, education and ancillary services to other than schools are taxable thus, we want to know whether can he classify the activity as outdoor catering service to claim abetment?
