27 August 2010There are news articles on Service Tax payable on flat purchase is applicable only for flats booked after 31st July 2010. Is this true?
There was court (Maharashtra) ruling a month back, giving a stay on the collection of service tax on Flats. Does anyone know what happened subsequently?
