Service tax on facilitation charges

I assisted two parties to come to settlemnet in a court dispute. Both the parties signed consnet terms which was filed with the court and court accepted it. My chrges are paid as facilitation fees. Now my question is whether the facilitation charges do come under servivce tax? Please respond
