service tax on educational trust

Sir,

Ours is a Education Trust under which we runs school in frenchise system.and we have to pay commission on fee received from students, to our frenchise partner.

now the question is this that are we liable to pay service tax? at present they are charging service tax on commission amount by 12.5%

If Educational Trust / Schools are exempted from Service Tax then pl. tell me Notification No.
