IS SERVICE TAX APPLICABLE ON CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OR IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM PURVIEW OF SERVICE TAX AS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY?

There are two different types of services as construction of commercial complex and construction of residential complex . Even there is works contract service where composition scheme can be applied. please extend the query to answer the same
