What is the % of abatements for construction of Commercial Building for paying service tax?
What is the service tax provision for material supplied by the employer at free of cost like steel and cement?
What is the present applicable rate of Service Tax?

In case of construction of commercial building u can avail 75% abatement if u opt to pay service tax @ 10.30% on the value of contract,the value of land and the value of material.u cant avail cenvat credit on inpuit capital goods and cenvat credit on input services.
present rate of applicability is 12.36%
