IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COMPLETION OF BUDGET SPEECH THE NEWS WERE HIGHLIGHTED ON SOME NEWS CHANNEL " CA PAR SERVICE TAX KHATAM". BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND ANYTHING ON IT IN THE BUDGET. WHAT R YOUR COMMENTS ?????????????????

YES, it is correct that theres no service tax for CA but the service should be provided to individual. what i m trying to say is that if CA provides Services to the individual, then he is not attracted with Service Tax.
According to me only consulting is out of service tax net.
