Hello Frens,

My client is in the business of renting out a building. He conducts an annual fiesta for which he publishes a souvenir. Should he collect service tax for the advertisements published in the souvenir.

He allows a company to display a car in the building premises during that annual fiesta. Should he charge service tax on that.???
