I am working in Professional & Consultancy firm,we are paying service tax on the bill ( Professional charges) ,now my enquiry is can we take input credit on Telephone charges, Tours & Travel Agent's bill and on rent bills.

It is taxable service and availed the benefit of Cenvat Credit in or in relation of business. Further One Extra benefit also availed in this regard i.e. SSI Exemption limit cross i.e. 10 lakh then your service tax liability will be raised.
