| my question is : if a firm which have 4 branch In delhi Head office have saprate Service tax Number. now it want Sevice number for his branch also,in this case what Document is Required for service tax registration number for branch |

If there is centralize billing then no need for branch registration.

. FOR Service Tax Registration:
no fee has to pay.
