We have two Branches, we are filing service tax for one Branch, the other branch which is recently operating is also collecting and paying service tax, but all the payments including Service Tax Return has been filed with the STC Code of the Old Branch only.
The Service Tax Return is filed inclusive of New Branch.
Could anyone please tell me what would the consequences? What should we do now?

Department may allege for suppression of facts, once, they come to know about it. However, once you can prove that entire tax has been paid, no penalty or interest can be asked on the said liability as the same has already been paid.
Hence, I would suggest to process for the registration processes as soon as possible.
