dear experts in service tax revised return i did a mistake how should i resolve ..i selected firm instead of individual pls guide me

Now you can not rectify this error. However, for your self satisfaction you can send a letter to your range office and seek for change.
However pls note, this may not not have much impact. So, no need to worry much
