01 October 2012As per recent amendments in the service tax for manpower Services service provider will pay 12.36% service tax on 25% of the assessable value and recipient will pay 12.36% service tax on 75% of the assessable value. Should I mention service tax as 12.36% or 3.09 % in the invoice

As per recent ammendment service provider will pay 12.36% service tax on 25% of the assessable value and recipient will pay 12.36% service tax on 75% of the assessable value.
