what is the service tax liability of a tour operator in case of cruise booking outside india?

It is a taxable service and applicable in India in taxable territory in the prescribed rate. So that service tax applicable in this regard and if you provided such services outside India then it is Export services and tax may be arise or may be not arise on it. It will be depend on your activities regarding Tour Operator. Plz brief your activities.
