Can any branch/unit located in another State (than that of Corporate Office) of a Manufacturing Company raise Service Tax Invoice for any type of services renderred to the Corporate Office?
Is there any concept of Mutuality involved in Service Tax?

no they cant charged service tax from corporate office
Invoices raised from anywhere either branch or Head Office but registration procedure different
If the branch has been separately registered for the purpose of service tax, then, the respective branches can very well raise or pay service tax on their own.
If the Head Office has centralised system of accounting, then, the head office has the option of centralising service tax operations also.
