Service tax interest calculation

can any calculate the interest of service tax of pvt. ltd. company

1. liability of service tax as on 05/05/2009 is Rs. 150000/- till now this service tax has not been paid

2. liability of service tax as on 05/03/2010 is rs. 100000/- till now this service tax has not been paid

it is very urgent

Up to 31-03-2011 , 13% p.a.. From 01-04-2011 , 18%. If gross income is less than Rs.60L, in the preceding year , 15% instead of 18%.
