Service tax input on renting of immovable property

Hi Sir,

   Hi, I have rented out my property and the service tax is collected for the same in the name of company. Please help me out on following queries

1)  I am running a hotel business which is in a rented property. I have been paying service tax on that rent. Shall i take input of service tax.
