can we take benifit of service tax on bank charges and advertisement expenses paid to just dial and related agencies. further is deduction of tds is mendetory for the payment of lease line of internet connection form a pvt ltd company?

but sir some one told me that payment of lease line of internet doesnt fall under 194J then in which section should we deduct the same?

the Service tax you have to confirm its relating to mfg or not
if the advertisement and bank charges relating to admin its is disallowed.,
and you have to maintain the records the same for availing the credit
