Dear Arvind Pandey,
As per Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004, there is no time limit specified to avail credit of services tax paid.
It is advisable to take it immediately on payment. Also, if there is significant delay in availing credit, please be ready with the reasons to convince the authorities if there any queries.
